Outside: Berlin. Inside: cinnamon, icing and time together. This is where roofs get sugared, gummy-bear gardens get planted and little winter tales are made by hand.

This is how your
winter fairy tale begins.
From the first roof tile to the souvenir photo: this is where a gingerbread house becomes your gingerbread house.
- 1A seat just for youPick your day and time slot online. That books your seat at our workshop table.
- 2First the counter, then the table.When you arrive, choose your gingerbread, kit and sweets at the counter – and take it all to your seat. What will your little house get: candy-cane fences, colourful roof tiles or a garden full of gummy bears?
- 3Let the sugar crafting begin.Tile the roofs, frost the windows, plant the garden. You decide what your little gingerbread kingdom looks like. Crooked roofs? Expressly welcome.
- 4A little treat in between.Apple punch, mulled wine or a fresh waffle from the punch parlour: to warm up, chat and dream up the next window.
- 5Off to the photo booth, please!Pose with your creation in the photo booth for a souvenir photo that’s printed on the spot. So something lasts, even when the first little roof tile goes missing.
- 6Careful, freshly enchanted!Your little house and your photo come home with you. To display, give away or nibble. When to take the first bite is up to you.

When you book, you pay €25 per person as credit. That secures you up to two and a half hours at our workshop table.

Kits, hearts and everything for decorating – you pick it all out in the shop. Your choice is deducted from your credit.
We’re happy to arrange evening and group bookings for eleven or more people individually.
From the punch parlour
A crunchy break
is part of the fairy tale.
Between two roof tiles there’s time for a waffle. And because winter fairy tales can handle ice cream too, there’s baked apple, cinnamon and more winter flavours.
Drinks, waffles and ice cream are ordered on site and deducted from your credit.

Each team builds a large gingerbread house, and everyone decorates their own heart to take home. With a quiz, a vote and our team looking after you, for up to 108 people. A ready-made experience, tailored to your group size and the setting you’d like.
